ABSTRACT

 

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of Islamic banks and bank konvensional.Dimana performance measurement using CAMELS ratios. However, because the authors had difficulty in doing research on the factors and Sensitivity to Market Management (sensitivity to market risk), so that in use is the ratio of CAMEL 2011-2012.

The data used as the basis for assessment of bank performance is a Balance Sheet and Financial Statements Report of R / L quarterly in 2010-2011. Data collection methods used are based on financial assets of conventional banks approached assets of Islamic banks.

The results of the data shows that the performance of Islamic Banking and Conventional Banking in the overall assessment of the CAMEL Islamic Bank is not much different from Conventional Banks. However, if it views the development aspects of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) Islamic Bank experienced a greater reduction than with Conventional Banks. T test assessment: Results from testing is that the financial performance of Islamic banking and conventional banking there is no significant difference.

ABSTRACT

Critical lands due to the utilization of natural resources such as mining are facing the impact of the future, namely whether economic or ecological preferred that the other interpretation whether human or environment is preferred. The most important impact is how the mined land can be converted utilization for indigenous peoples in the control of natural resources. Economic Model concept offered in the utilization of critical lands due to mining activities into consideration to determine the planning of regional development policies and their territories so that the economic relations and the environment can go hand in hand towards sustainable development. By optimizing the benefits obtained from the contribution of non-timber forest functions such as absorbing carbon gas plant sertas renewable natural resources is sustainable and planting acacia mangium, sengon in reclamation areas, then the indigenous people will get the optimal contribution of a maximum of Rp. 2,815,935,400 (million) for commodities acacia mangium within 5 years and an area of 2,000 hectares, and the optimal contribution to a maximum of Rp. 11.86632 million (million) to sengon for 10 years and the vast 83 hectares. The role of indigenous peoples to maintain and manage forests on reclamation land is very significant in terms of the economy, in addition to the benefits of forest timber must also be taken into account as well as non-timber forest benefits such as the benefits of forests to absorb carbon dioxide as a result of events or other industries.

ABSTRACT

 

The purpose of this study is to know about inventory of rice with use methods EOQ,SS,ROP in H.S.A Putra store. Kind of data which has been used in this research is primer and secondary data. The data collecting with library research, field research, and interview. The result of this research shows that rice bought with EOQ method is amount 5.388.045/kg, For each amount is Raja Haruan is 1.323.277 kg, Istana is 667.344 kg, and Lele Rejekis 735.302 kg.Inventory amount with Safety Stock (SS)for all brands is8.041 kg, and for each amount for all brands like Raja Haruan is 2.509 kg, Istana is 3.393 kg, and Lele Rejeki is 2.984 kg.

For used Reorder Point (ROP methods )for all brands can be donefor inventory limit is 40.318 kg. And for each all brands can be order again like Raja Haruan is16.614 kg, Istana is 12.318 kg, and Lele Rejeki is 54.151 kg.For amount maximum inventory for all brands is 5.396.086 kg. Each brands for Raja Haruan is 1.325.786 kg, Istana is 670.737 kg, and Lele Rejeki is 73.110 kg.

 ABSTRACT

Turtle population in its natural environment has been on the wane even endangered. This is due to the threat of predators, development in coastal areas, degradation and damage to nesting beaches, marine pollution, and destruction of coastal habitats and accidentally caught by fishermen. Turtle habitat is always migrated or moved. Kotawaringin West region (Kobar) around the coast of Cape Keluang is one of the places chosen to stop this type of turtle nesting. The general objective of this research is helping the government to protecting the turtles and their habitats. While the specific purpose of this study is open mindset and community insight to the existence of turtles, increase public awareness of sea turtle conservation, and reduce the rate of extinction due to hunting both turtles and turtle eggs. This research is descriptive Parametric inference with the determination of the number of samples using techniques quota sample of 100 residents in the study area around the Natural Park (TWA) Cape Keluang. The results showed that the distribution of the highest age groups in the population sample group of about (10-20 years) and visitors (21-30 years). Where the age group is the age group of students / students and workers. This indicates that more young people have a sense of caring and great curiosity towards developments in the region.

PENGARUH WAKTU PEMERAMAN DENGAN PENAMBAHAN KAPUR

SEBAGAI BAHAN ADDITIVE PADA TANAH LEMPUNG EKSPANSIF

TERHADAP NILAI CBR TANAH

ABSTRACT

Expansive clay land is a land that has high tide development; an easy land to expand if the land is wet in the rain season and will shrink if the land is dry in the dry season. Development and shrinkage happens because of water content alteration in the land caused the change of land volume, it is also influenced by mineral content; montmorillonite and illite clay mineral.

High tide development in the land effects problems such as soil erosion, damage of surface construction, crack and surging way, these conditions can be found in Palingkau village of Pangkalan Bun. Due to that, it needs reparation of land quality in order the expansive clay land can have good support capability and can defend permanent volume alteration.

One of the alternative expansive clay land reparation to stabilize the land is to add lime as the additive substance with 2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, 10%, and 12.5% various percentage of adding lime. Lime is often used to stabilize the land. Whereas curing time gives the lime chance to bind up with solid calcium silicate land so it will be water barrier.

To know whether the compound land + lime and curing time influence water level then laboratory testing is carried out. It was found 48.71% plasticity index in the first testing of the pure land. It meant the land was expansive clay land, then the compound land + lime testing found the lowering of plasticity index about 79.59% with the IP value 9.94% in compound of the pure land + 12.5% lime. The optimum water level could be stated that tend to rise about 24% and weight of dry volume was tend to descend about 1.225 kg/cm3 in the compound + 12.5% lime. It was found 30% optimum value of CBR design in the compound land + 12.5% lime with 14 days of long hatch time in CBR testing in the compound land + lime.

In hypothesis testing, it was found that Fcount>Ftablein every testing using EXCEL program, so that it could be concluded Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. It meant that there was influence of adding lime towards IP value and solidity, and also found the influence of curing time with adding lime as additive substance towards value of CBR land.

OPTIMALISASI WAKTU PELAKSANAAN PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG GORSENI KABUPATEN KATINGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE CPM, PERT, DAN PDM

ABSTRACT

CPM method (Critical Path Method) is a method for concerting and managing projects that have cost data from past cost date. PERT method (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) is a technique developed by Navy Special Project Office. PERT is a concerted and managed method of non-repetitive projects; a work that is never done before and it will not redo by the same way in the future. PDM time (Precedence Diagram Method) is a network classified to AON (Activity on Node).

It was known that the total work realization time in the field was 58 days. Decisive duration of CPM method time is the same normal duration as the most possible duration in theory of the PERT method so that gaining realization time in this CPM method was 60 days. The decisive duration using PERT (Program Evaluation And Review Technique) was the expectation duration so the gaining realization time was 62 days. PDM method (Precedence Diagram Method) based on work realization in the field found in the work daily report, then the dependence logic and act of determining constraint inter activity. Therefore the gaining realization time was 57 days.
